I was honored to have co-judge a competition with the flamboyant Mr Keith Floyd in the Floyd Gala Cook-Off Competition. Keith was as flamboyant as his well known food shows portrayed him to be. He was one of the first TV Chefs and contributed tremendously towards highlighting the role of professional chefs and what they do! May he rest in peace.
