Bruce has been fortunate enough to visit many parts of Africa and especially Europe quite extensively and held many positions of high esteem, including but not limited to that of the World President of 41 Clubs International comprising 28 countries with more than 55,000 members; held the position of International Relations Officer for Round Table Southern Africa, one of the worlds leading charity and fellowship organisations.

He has and still does serve the Hospitality & Tourism sectors in many ways and has amongst others served on the boards of Managung Tourism, FEDHASA Inland Region, as Chairman of the Board for Granger Bay Hotel School, Chairman and Co-Founder of the Free State Region for the SA Chefs Association and is currently the Vice Chairman of the SA Chefs Honorary Society the Academy of Chefs.

Through all these portfolios and with his many years of hospitality experience Bruce has become known as a motivational speaker and often draws on his own life experiences which includes his journey relating to his severe hearing loss, leading him to becoming the founder of the Let's Hear Foundation that assists many perons with hearing impediments.

Bruce is very involved in the education and upliftment of employees within the many hotels that he has and still works. the fundamental success of any business relates back to the training and treatment of the businesses employees. bruce has been fortunate enough to assist many youngsters in achieving their dream jobs!
